No, it's not a trainspotter who's sneaked into Railtex. This is 'Beleben', an anonymous blogger who is very anti any rail improvements - especially Hs2. You can see why he prefers to be anonymous - although I suspect the anti Hs2 groups who regard him as reliable rail 'expert' may be rather upset at the revelation as they've been relying on his rubbish for years. The irony is that the right-wing' think-tank the Institute of Economic Affairs 'transport expert' Richard Wellings is increasing relying on Beleben for his opinions - which says an awful lot about Wellings credibility...
