I asked Network Rail about this AWS magnet and got this very informative reply.. "It's a normal AWS magnet but south of the Thames they are more powerful as the receiver is body-mounted on the trains, and not on the front bogie. Hence, they are green, not yellow, so we don't accidentally fit the wrong type. Don't drop your credit cards on them..."
