Internal user 024780 is a former unfitted rail carrier wagon that's lain at Watford Junction for decades. Now its marooned on a short length of track, unable to move anywhere. I've been told by colleagues from Network Rail that the plan was to scrap it but the quotes for the work were well over £50,000!
